There are always going to be strong emotions, strong opinions and one of the saddest events of all are strong judgements! And there are always judgements flying around, often resulting in deep distress and hurt. And how do we make those judgements?

Basically from our own history, our experiences, our beliefs and our emotions!

All coming from our own sense of what is right and/or wrong!

Now what can you do in these situations?

Well if it isn't particular a trigger for you, (which may just provide the greatest of opportunities to heal) you can not buy in and just ultimately ignore - after all it is merely someone's else's opinion!

Yes, with all of these heightened emotions, that can be easily said than done - agreed. It does take some determination, persistence and courage to stand firm when facing the 'status quo'!

People who are unhappy and suffering in emotional pain for whatever reason, may more often than not feel the necessity to throw their judgements around and if a situation or event arises, a perfect invitation can be provided that is way too easy to even surpass.

If you can, try and remember that EVERYONE has their own beliefs (of which you cannot change no matter how right you consider yourself to be), opinions and perspectives and everyone has a right to those!

You do not need to agree or disagree (unless you delight in the battle that will ensue) and you do not need to be proven right or wrong in these circumstances! Someone is going to believe that they are much more right than you somewhere, somehow and if it comes to that...... does it really matter!

Too many of us have become way to serious over time, and have forgotten to see the wonders that life can provide us. And perhaps there needs to be a bit of practice in remembering or learning how to actually laugh at ourselves when we need to lighten up!

It is my honest opinion and yes perhaps judgement that blaming others are not the actions that is going to heal this wonderful Mother Earth of ours.

For me it is always about BEING the best that we can BE, and DOING the best that WE can DO that is going to make the overall difference.

But then after all, it s my opinion!

Introducing myself - My name is Virginia Ede and over the years, since I began my Natural Therapies business back in 2005, my passion has always been focused upon assisting in the discovery of a gentle release from pain, stress, anxiety and other such physical issues through the means of non invasive modalities such as Bowen Therapy, Reiki and Australian Bush Flowers.

As is in most cases, things shift, change and grow and the journey that I now share with others has transcended beyond being just about addressing the physical pains and discomforts that we all experience at times.

It now includes the reconnecting to the simplicity of our true authentic being, initiating those marvelous healing processes that are much more achievable as well as sustainable.

I created Maggie's Farm to be a safe haven that encourages the processes of all manners of healing and the transformation that follows.

For as long as I can remember, I have always had a deep and loving connection with animals and it is now that I am more able to combine my specialised practitioner skills with the intuitive and instinctive healing expertise of my animal family.

Please join me to make for an unforgettable personal experience!
